This is a Lionel 1625 steam switcher locomotive.
It was only available in 1958.
The locomotive is designed for O-27 gauge tracks. A striking piece of railroad history comes to life with this vintage locomotive replica. The detailed design captures the essence of a bygone era, showcasing the power and elegance of steam engines. From the intricate wheels to the meticulously crafted body, every aspect of this model exudes authenticity. Tested with a 9V battery and the headlight still works. I don't have a track to run it on but it all checked out with my voltmeter. Buying as is.
