Dripping in rhinestones! The back is fully blinged out - the front also has blinged shield emblem on left
Rhinestones are black and a silvery irridescent that takes on other colors
Sleeves are striped with see through, open black Lace down the middles

This was expensive at the Harley Davidson store back then - wore it once maybe - wrinkled now due to being folded up (and not hung up) with my listings clothes items, but another wash should get them out- don't think would even need ironing...

no ties, hooks or buttons to close
shorter at the middle/waist and gradually gets longer to the back
