Beautiful vintage Japanese Imari (Arita) porcelain lidded trinket box. Features a vibrant, hand-painted Sometsuke (blue and white) botanical motif. A perfect example of Chinoiserie or Grandmillennial decor.

* Mark: Underglaze blue square "Fuku" (Fu - Happiness) seal mark on base, typical of high-quality Arita export ware.
* Period: Likely Taisho to early Showa era.
